Begin from Prayer Rhythm
Open Prayer Rhythm to see today’s rhythm and recent prayers. Choose Enter prayer when you are ready for a session. Start the timer, pause when needed and finish when your prayer is complete.
Keep a reflection with the session
A timer records duration, but a reflection helps you remember the moment. Write a prayer note, add a Scripture reference or record something you want to revisit. You can return to completed sessions through your prayer history.
Choose a goal that fits your day
Personal goals give you a point of reference for your daily prayer rhythm. Start with an amount of time that fits your routine. For example, set aside ten minutes before work, then save one sentence about what you prayed for. You can adjust your goals as your routine changes.
Look back through Your impact
Your impact brings together prayer progress, streaks and activity over time. Use it to notice the rhythm you are building. The time you spend in prayer is a personal practice; a number or streak does not measure your relationship with God.
